Welcome to my practice.
I believe that the most effective mental health treatment occurs within a collaborative and trusting relationship.
In my work, I strive to foster an environment in which my patients and I are able to examine their unique histories and come to better understand their subjective experiences in the world. By encouraging open exploration of thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment, I help my patients clarify their goals, improve their relationships, and cultivate greater self-awareness, empathy, and resilience in their daily lives.

ABOUT ME
I am a board-certified general adult and geriatric psychiatrist and psychodynamic psychotherapist providing psychotherapy and medication management for adult patients across the lifespan. I specialize in mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and neurocognitive disorders.
My practice is located in the Flatiron/Union Square neighborhood of Manhattan, where I offer thoughtful, individualized care in a calm, private setting. In addition to seeing patients in my private practice, I am a Clinical Assistant Professor in the NYU Grossman School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry, where I supervise and teach psychiatry residents.
